The Creators

EAT Couture Italia is the vision of Amie DiCarlo and Jody Ness.

Amie brings her eye for style, design, and storytelling to a deeply personal tradition. Jody brings his expertise as a chef. Together, they honour a family recipe while giving it a distinctly contemporary expression.

Our Roots

Our story begins in Abruzzo, Italy, with Nonna Nancy DiCarlo and her treasured peach-cookie recipe.

Made with pride, patience, and care, her cookies became a favourite among family and friends. She passed the recipe down to her daughter, preserving both the technique and the meaning behind it.

Today, EAT Couture Italia carries that legacy forward, honouring its origins while exploring new creative possibilities.
