EAT Couture Italia is the vision of Amie DiCarlo and Jody Ness.
With an instinct for style, design, and storytelling, Amie DiCarlo is the creative force behind the brand—transforming a deeply personal tradition into something elevated and expressive. Alongside her, Jody Ness, a renowned chef, brings culinary expertise and technical refinement.
Together, they have reimagined a cherished family recipe—honouring its origins while elevating it into something distinctly modern.
Our Roots
Our story begins in Abruzzo, Italy, with Nonna DiCarlo—the heart behind our original recipe.
Known among family and friends for their exceptional taste and refined beauty, her peach cookies were crafted with pride, patience, and precision—each one a reflection of tradition and care.
Over time, she passed her treasured recipe down to her daughter, preserving not only the technique, but the meaning behind it. That legacy was then carried forward where it found new expression.
