At E.A.T Couture Italia, every confection is prepared with intention and care. Our shipping process is designed to preserve the integrity, freshness, and presentation of each creation from our kitchen to your door.

Freshness & Shipping Schedule

To ensure optimal quality upon arrival, orders are dispatched early in the week. Shipping days are thoughtfully selected to minimize transit time and avoid weekend delays.

As our products are handcrafted to order, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on production schedules, pre-orders, destination, and seasonal demand.

Delivery Commitment

We proudly ship across North America.

Orders are processed promptly, and delivery is expected within 96 hours (4 days) from the time the order is placed.

While we are committed to meeting this timeframe, delivery windows are estimates and may be influenced by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service level.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

Address Accuracy & Carrier Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. EAT Couture Italia is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once an order has been released to the carrier, responsibility for transit rests with the shipping provider. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us by contacting us via our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Limited Releases & Pre-Orders

Select collections may be offered as limited releases or pre-orders. In such cases, shipping timelines may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered a replacement, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item only.
