Are your cookies freshly made?

Yes. Our cookies are produced in small batches and prepared specifically for shipping to ensure optimal freshness and texture upon arrival.

How should I store my cookies?

For best enjoyment, store cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Detailed storage recommendations are included with every order.

We recommend for longer storage times that the product be frozen upon receipt (consume within 3 months), or consume fresh upon receipt within 3-5 days after delivery. 

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

When stored properly, our cookies maintain peak quality for 3-5 days after delivery. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible.

Are your cookies nut-free?

Our Original flavour and fruit flavours, including Lemon and Strawberry, are nut-free. Only our nut-forward flavours, such as Pistachio, contain nuts. While we take great care in our production process, all flavours are crafted in the same kitchen. For guests with severe nut allergies, we recommend choosing accordingly. 

When do you ship orders?

To preserve freshness, orders typically ship early in the week. Shipping days are selected to minimize transit time and avoid weekend delays.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can plan for delivery and retrieve your package promptly.

Do you offer gift packaging?

All of our cookies are presented in elegant packaging whether enjoyed for personal use, gifting, special occasions, and/or memorable moments.

Can I send cookies as a gift?

Absolutely. Orders can be shipped directly to the recipient, Simply enter the appropriate shipping address at checkout. If you wish to include a personalized gift note, you may add your message in the Order Special Instructions filed during checkout,
