Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders: Certain products offered by EAT Couture Italia are sold on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders reserve limited-release, made-to-order items that are produced specifically to fulfill confirmed customer purchases.

All pre-orders are final at the time of checkout.
Once a customer completes checkout, the pre-order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Production is initiated based on confirmed orders

• Ingredients, materials, and labor are allocated immediately

• The order is considered final and non-cancelable

Fulfillment Issues: In the unlikely event that a pre-ordered item cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, EAT Couture Italia will notify the customer and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item only.

Final Sale Policy: Due to the perishable and food-based nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after checkout or fulfillment.

Policy Changes: EAT Couture Italia reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future orders only.
